Barbara Cappochin Foundation

The Barbara Cappochin Foundation was created with the aim of keeping alive the memory of Barbara, who was a young student at the Venice IUAV Faculty of Architecture, by promoting the quality of architecture.   This can be achieved only if the three inseparable figures which form the pivot around any building, the Contractor, Architect and Builder, capture and appropriate that subtle thread which links life to architecture, shaping choices, ideas and materials towards quality,  the binding objective of our society.

Prize and  Biennial 2011

Promoted by the Barbara Cappochin Foundation and by the Order of Architects of Padua, it is a cultural event that propose itself  like space of world excellence for the analysis, the comparation and promotion of  the architectura.

On  30 June, 2011 (24 p.m. Italian time) have closed the inscription to the "Barbara Cappochin" Prize

The Exhibition of the Biennial 2001 will tackle the great theme of the urban regeneration based on the s sustainability, on the use of new technologies, on the integration and continuity with the existing urban, thought not only the exposition of national and international experiences, but cultural appointments with architects, urban planners, lawyers, urban sociology experts, administrators of nationals and internationals city,subject of virtuous innovative intervention.
